Microsoft Copilot is transforming the way organizations work, but with great power comes the need for strong governance. This course is designed for information governance professionals whose organizations want to leverage Copilot’s capabilities while maintaining compliance, security, and ethical standards. 

You will learn how Copilot works within Microsoft 365, including its integration with SharePoint, Teams, and core applications such as  Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. We will explore prompt engineering, organizational policy development, and advanced governance strategies to ensure responsible AI use. The course also covers retention management and security measures, such as sensitivity labels, DLP, and communication compliance. Finally, you will gain practical insights into monitoring, auditing, and eDiscovery to maintain accountability and transparency. ​

By the end of this course, you will have the knowledge and tools to confidently implement Copilot in your organization while reducing risk and protecting sensitive information.
